At Orellan, we are committed to transparent and secure payment practices. Please review the following billing terms before placing an order.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Discover
• Diners Club
• Shop Pay
• Google Pay
• PayPal Wallet
• Venmo
All payments are processed securely through Shopify and PCI-compliant payment providers.
We do not directly store full credit card information.
2. Billing Currency
All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified at checkout.
If you are using a non-USD payment method, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. Orellan is not responsible for additional fees charged by financial institutions.
3. When You Will Be Charged
Payment is collected at the time you place your order.
Orders will only enter processing after successful payment authorization.

5. Customer Responsibilities & Carrier Incidentals
The price presented at checkout reflects your total purchase and standard fulfillment cost. Orellan does not apply any hidden commercial or regional surcharges. However, customers maintain full responsibility for the accuracy of the logistical information they provide.
Additional fees may be assessed strictly under the following customer-fault scenarios:

Incorrect Address Failures: If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to our hub due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address entered by the customer at checkout, any verified carrier-imposed address correction or return-to-freight fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Missed Freight Appointments: For oversized furniture requiring scheduled freight delivery, if the carrier attempts delivery within the mutually agreed appointment window and the customer is absent or refuses entry without a verified product-damage justification, the carrier’s standardized re-delivery fee will be passed directly to the customer.
6. Pricing Accuracy
We strive to ensure pricing accuracy. However, in rare cases of pricing errors:
• We reserve the right to cancel affected orders
• A full refund will be issued if payment has already been processed
7. Promotional Codes & Discounts
Promotional codes must be applied at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Promotions cannot be combined
• Trade discounts cannot be combined with promotional offers
Orellan reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
