At Orellan, we carefully coordinate inspection, professional protective packaging, and domestic logistics to ensure each furniture and lighting piece arrives safely at your home. We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

1. Shipping Coverage & Exclusions

Orellan ships exclusively within the United States. We DO NOT ship to the following destinations under any circumstances:

  • Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI)

  • Puerto Rico (PR) and all other U.S. Territories

  • APO / FPO / DPO military addresses

  • P.O. Boxes

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders undergo a thorough quality inspection, secure packaging (including specialized crating for fragile lighting and oversized furniture), and carrier scheduling before leaving our facility.

  • Processing Time: 3–7 business days.

  • What happens during these days?
    1. Pristine Inspection (Day 1-2):
    Our California-based fulfillment team carefully unpacks and inspects every lighting component and furniture detail to ensure each piece meets our quality standards before shipment.

    2. Custom Wood Crating (Day 3-4):
    Heavy furniture and oversized items are secured in reinforced wooden crates or
    heavy-duty double-wall corrugation to prevent transit damage.

    3. Freight Carrier Dispatch (Day 5-7):
    We coordinate and schedule a pickup with specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) premium freight carriers (not standard fast-parcel delivery) who possess the equipment to handle oversized luxury goods.

  • Operating Hours: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Daily Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Fulfillment Strategy & Partnership

To ensure elite logistics efficiency and pristine condition delivery across the United States, Orellan proudly partners with professional third-party fulfillment networks located within the U.S.

While our design and corporate headquarters operates in China, all U.S.
customer orders are securely inspected and dispatched through our primary U.S.
logistics partner gateway in Rialto, CA.
All shipments utilize reputable domestic freight and parcel networks (such as FedEx, UPS, or specialized premium freight carriers).
  • Standard Delivery Transit Time: 5–10 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–17 business days (3–7 days processing + 5–10 days transit).

Please note: For heavy or oversized furniture items requiring freight transport, the carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a precise delivery date.

5. Delivery Methods Explained

A. Standard Ground Delivery (Free for All Orders)

Includes front-door, curbside, or ground-level drop-off only.

  • The carrier will deliver the items to the primary entrance of your residential or commercial building.

  • Standard delivery does not include bringing items inside your home, carrying packages up stairs, product assembly, or the disposal of packaging materials/wooden crates.

B. Premium White Glove Service

For select large-scale furniture items, Orellan provides a Premium White Glove delivery option. If this service is available for your order, it will be clearly displayed as a selectable shipping upgrade at checkout with a fixed, transparent fee. White Glove Service strictly includes:

  • In-home delivery to your specific room of choice.

  • Full unpackaging and basic structural assembly.

  • Complete removal and eco-friendly disposal of all bulky packaging materials, boxes, and pallets.

6. Delivery Appointments & Customer Responsibilities

For large furniture shipments dispatched via freight, a delivery appointment is mandatory.

  • Scheduling: The carrier will call or text you to confirm a mutually agreed-upon delivery date and time window.

  • Customer Duty: You must ensure that the delivery address is fully accessible to standard freight delivery vehicles and that an adult (18+) is present during the scheduled window to sign for the shipment.

7. Order Tracking

Once your shipment leaves our facility, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link and carrier details will be sent immediately to your registered email address. You can monitor your shipment's live transit status 24/7.

8. Handling Shipping Delays

While Orellan and our shipping partners maintain strict delivery schedules, unexpected delays may occur due to severe weather events, major national holiday backlogs, or unforeseen infrastructure constraints.
