Limited Warranty

Orellan is committed to producing thoughtfully crafted furniture and lighting designed for long-term residential use.

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use from the date of delivery, for the periods outlined below.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What This Warranty Covers

The following coverage periods apply under normal residential use:

Indoor Upholstery

Indoor Furniture

Natural variations in wood grain, stone veining, texture, oxidation, or finish are not considered defects.

Lighting

We are committed to providing professional-grade lighting solutions. All Orellan lighting products are designed and manufactured in accordance with U.S. electrical safety standards and have successfully obtained UL / ETL certification. Electrical installation must be performed by a licensed professional where required to ensure proper safety and performance.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidents or misuse
• Improper storage or care
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Commercial or non-residential use
• Environmental factors such as humidity, temperature variation, or exposure to outdoor elements (unless specifically designated for outdoor use)

Warranty Service

If a product is determined to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Orellan will, at its sole discretion, implement one of the following remedies:

Replace the defective part or component.
Provide a comparable substitute if the original part is currently out of stock.
In specific instances where repair or replacement is deemed impractical, a partial reimbursement may be issued.

All warranty claims require valid proof of purchase. Any repaired or replaced products will be covered under the remaining balance of the original warranty period.

Post-30-Day Policy Please note that for any products exceeding our standard 30-day return window, we strictly do not accept returns for refunds. In these instances, your coverage shifts entirely to our comprehensive warranty, which includes part replacements or product exchanges. Rest assured, should an exchange be approved, you will only need to return the item to our designated domestic partnership USA warehouse. Limitations

This Limited Warranty:

• Applies only to residential use
• Is non-transferable
• Does not extend to clearance or final sale items
• Does not apply to damage caused by improper installation
