When you upgrade to White Glove Delivery at checkout, you aren't just paying for shipping—you are securing a professional two-person delivery team dedicated to transforming your home safely and efficiently.

Room of Choice Placement: No more curbside drop-offs. Our team will carefully carry your heavy furniture items inside your home, up or down staircases, and place them exactly in the room and spot you designate.

Expert Structural Assembly: Our professionals will uncrate, unpack, and expertly assemble your new furniture piece (such as dining tables, sideboards, or sofas), ensuring everything is structurally perfect and ready to use.

Packaging Debris Removal: Large furniture arrives in heavy-duty wooden crates, pallets, and extensive protective padding. Our team will completely clean up the delivery area, break down all boxes, and haul away 100% of the bulky packaging materials for eco-friendly disposal.

To ensure a seamless checkout experience with absolute clarity, we utilize a flat-rate tiered pricing system based on item quantity. No hidden fees, no post-purchase surcharges.

Lighting & Electrical Fixtures Exclusions: Orellan White Glove Service is strictly tailored for wood, metal, and upholstered furniture. It is NOT available for any lighting products. For your home's safety and local insurance compliance, all luxury chandeliers, pendants, and wall-mounted lighting must be wired independently by a licensed professional electrician.

No Structural Modifications: The delivery team cannot perform wall-mounting (such as securing heavy floating mirrors or shelving), drilling into your infrastructure, or plumbing connections.
Preparing for Your Delivery: A Quick Checklist
To ensure a flawless setup on delivery day, we kindly ask our patrons to verify the following prerequisites:

Measure Your Architecture: Please verify your room dimensions, but more importantly, ensure that oversized furniture boxes can physically clear all doorways, tight hallways, staircases, or building elevators.

Clear the Runway: Please ensure the path to your room of choice and the final setup space are completely cleared of existing furniture and personal belongings prior to arrival. Our logistics crew is legally prohibited from moving or disposing of your pre-existing household property.

Building Regulations (COI): If your luxury residential high-rise or commercial property requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to grant access to freight vehicles, please contact us immediately at support@orellan.com after placing your order so we can dispatch the credentials beforehand.

Delivery Window & Sign-off: Once your piece arrives at our local U.S. delivery terminal, the carrier will contact you via phone/text to secure a mutually convenient appointment window. An adult (18 years or older) must be present to inspect the craftsmanship and sign for the delivery.
