CARE, SHIPPING & RETURNS
Free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (48 states). Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories.
- Estimated Delivery: Order processing takes 3–7 business days (includes rigorous quality inspection and professional crating). Standard domestic transit takes 5–10 business days dispatched from our U.S. partner logistics gateway. Total estimated delivery time is 8–17 business days.
- Delivery Method: Heavy or large-scale furniture items ship via domestic freight and are delivered curbside/at the primary building entrance only. Full inside-home delivery and professional assembly are not included unless a Premium White Glove upgrade option is explicitly selected at checkout.
- Tracking: An automated shipping confirmation with a tracking link and carrier details will be sent immediately via email after your order is dispatched. For freight shipments, the carrier will call you to schedule a mandatory delivery appointment.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window from the verified date of delivery.
- Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, items must be completely unused, uninstalled, and secured within their original packaging with all protective materials intact.
- Change-of-Mind Returns: For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping back to our California warehouse. To support sustainable operations, a flat 15% restocking fee is deducted from the final refund to cover specialized product inspection and professional repackaging.
- Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours at support@orellan.com with photo evidence, and we will issue a replacement or full refund at zero additional cost.
